when assets stored in OneDrive are 'cloud only' and Premier requests the file, then the premier import progress dialogue appears with zero progress and hangs for several minutes before reporting an error that cannot import file.
I suggest that integration with OneDrive be developed or at least better error reporting, as all work stops while this hangs.
