Not sure why it is so hard to find this feedback page, nor why it doesn't feel like the right place, but here you go.

It says for example:

Set up the following preferences in the Edit > Preferences (Windows) or Premiere Pro > Preferences (macOS) dialog box.

In Preferences > Media, deselect the following options:
Write XMP ID to files on import
Write clip markers to XMP

Enable clip and XMP metadata linking

Great. A bunch of specific changes to settings without any explanation as to why, or even a link to relevant information about those settings.

That is helpful to those who want to just do without learning, but at least have links to information that explains what each of those changes actually do, that way folks will know more and then if something goes wrong, folks might better know how to fix it, or back out of it.
