Mp4 files import audio only
I updated CC to the newest version - now I can't import mp4 files (most of them from GH5, but also from stock footage). AFX and Premiere imports only Audio. mp4 from DJI are now stated as not supported file type. Media encoder also shows no Video. I can import these files to Photoshop without a problem and they open in Resolve, Avid, VLC and all other Apps you can think of. I tried to set back to prior version of AFX, premiere and Mediaencoder, but now it's the same problem there as well. I uninstalled the whole CC, run the cleaner tool, installed older former running versions - worked on that the whole day - and got frustrated now. the latest version of windows 10 and latest nvidia drivers are installed... What a mess!! Any ideas?

I have the same problem with my new HP Workstation. Every other program can play and import mp4-files. New installation of Windows, CC, nothing worked. Only going back to Premiere 14.9 helped: it imports the mp4-files with both parts.

You could try with Influx Importer for Adobe (Premiere, After Effects, Media Encoder)

If it doesn't work with it, it means the problem is probably in your source file. if it works with it, your problem is linked to Adobe builtin importers
