A vast majority of small-medium market television stations require .mp4 and/or mpeg2 for delivery; And in my experience most don't want to deal with a sidecar file (or don't know what to do with it). PLEASE, Adobe, add this functionality; Apple compressor has had the ability for 20 years; MacCaption/Telestream costs 7k and adds additional time and expense. We, your users, shouldn't have to go to another company's product line to fill the gaps for functionality that we've been asking for for years. Your new CC workflow is great! Now, let us use it! If I'm already having to go outside of your product line to encode the captioning, I might as well just send the file to REV and have them create the captions as well.
