It would be great to have a "reveal in productions button" for projects in a production.
Right now there are options for "reveal in project" and "reveal project in finder" and it would be really helpful to have an option to reveal a project in the production window. This could really help with big productions when there are a lot of projects across a lot of bins.

From where would you hope to invoke the new “reveal in Production” behavior?
If you’re selecting projects in PPro’s UI, aren’t you already in the Productions panel?

I think it's related to the fact that we need to go to the project within the Productions panel to toggle the read-write mode on/off. I have to do that often with projects that I have opened, and so I have to go and find the projects in the 100s that my Production contains. So it would be either add the possibility to toggle read-write mode on/off from the Projects panel, or be able to "reveal project in Productions" to then toggle that from there.

Yeah if you have multiple Projects open each with Sequences open in TimeLine, it's easy to lose your place when going back and cleaning up. Maybe this person and I both work off a laptop!

@bruce I think they've probably got a sequence or clip focussed/selected - either in program or source monitor, or in a timeline, or in a bin.
Lots of places where you may have a reference to media + need to find similar media - likely to be in a similar project.
Personally I haven't found the need for it, usually match frame + reveal in project suffices
