timecode sizing bug
The timecode effect changes size when the screen resolution is changed and project is reopened.

We're not seeing this; maybe there are some missing steps?
0 Launch PPro
1 Import media
2 Create sequence from media
3 Apply 'timecode' effect to clip in sequence
4 Note position of timecode effect relative to video in the Program Monitor.
5 Save project
6 Close PPro
7 Using OS (System Preferences on Mac), change screen resolution
8 Launch PPro
9 Open project
Result: timecode effect remains in the same position, relative to the video in the Program Monitor.
