incorrect luminance levels introduced in v15.2
In 15.0 and 15.1, 422-10-bit footage from the Canon EOS R6 appears to be correct. Superwhites at 110 IRE, and black between 0 and 10 IRE.
Now in 15.2, the levels seem wrong. White is clipping at 100 IRE rather than 110, and the black level seems elevated above 10 IRE.

I don't believe it is clamping the signal, at least in my experience. I believe it is "legalizing" from 0 to 110 IRE to 0 to 100 (black level is raised too).

Having a similar experience, even with most recent upgrade to 15.4.1. For me, Lumetri is clipping everything at 100 IRE, and stops the y-axis of the graph at 100 IRE. In previous builds, with the same footage, the graph goes to 110 and I retain detail from the footage in the range from 100 to 110, which I am able to "recover" in color correction.
This issue is essentially clamping the footage destructively, with no apparent way to access/recover those lost details in the Premiere color correction workflow.
Has anyone found a solution or explanation to this yet?
