MOV files work but not MP4 files. Any resolution?

More Information. I took the problematic Autel Evo2 Pro 4k file and placed it into Avidemux to shorten it to just a couple of seconds. Exported just a "copy" (no transcoding). The new shortened file works in Premiere.
