Typing or changing subtitles in arabic in the text window doesn't recognize the first letter of the sentence and places a rectangle instead. But moving to the window Essential graphics, in the sub tab "Edit" selecting that particular caption on the timeline then switching the mode from "Right to Left typing" to "Left to Right typing" then back to "Right to Left typing" solves the problem.
