Constantly having issues, particularly when GPU acceleration is on, to legalise video for broadcast i.e. having blacks limited to 100 and white to 0.

The video limiter does not work - at least not for black levels.

Level adjustments can work as it converts the image to RGB output - but it is ignored when nesting footage/images after you apply any adjustment to that nest in the main sequence.

Usually if you turn off GPU acceleration everything is suddenly conformed to 0/100 - but the render times are rediculous for heavily composed projects.

Why can't there be a limiter that just works. I'm fixing this issue by exporting, then importing again and applying levels, then exporting AGAIN.
