A 100% solid color block that covers a quarter of the screen as a bed for text changes shade depending on the color and contrast of changing still images placed several layers beneath. I've tried creating this tint block in Essential Graphics and as a color matte — it happens to both. Lumetri effects are not being used. The issue is not visible while viewing in Premiere, but it's obvious after the project has been exported as an H.264 mp4 with no additional export color setting involved.

In these two examples, measured in Photoshop clearly show problem. The brown color block changes from hex 5d553c in Tint 1 to 5d543d in Tint 2. The color is different with every changing .jpg still on the right. The color should be 5D5643, as specified in Essential Graphics but no consistency is possible. It's visually annoying to say the least. Does Adobe have a solution?
