Allow import of settings/keyboard shortcuts/workspaces from v14 (2020 release) to v15 (2021 release)
I was just informed by Rohan on Adobe's support team that Premiere v15 (2021 release) cannot import settings such as customized keyboard shortcuts and workspaces from the previous v14.9 (2020 release). This seems like a huge oversight in Adobe’s development, if you cannot import from previous versions. Having to recreate settings wastes a lot of time for professionals using their software, and leaves me not using Adobe’s current releases.
Agreed, this should work; we’re investigating the issue.

+1 On needing to see this happening.

Mitch, Adobe's support team walked me through that idea and it still did not work unfortunately. I've had to uninstall the 2021 release and use 2020 as I still have projects I need to complete for clients and do not have the time to rebuild all my settings.
Thanks for the response Bruce, I'm glad to hear you guys are looking at it!

While we work to correct this, you can manually copy your Profile-CreativeCloud- folder from C:\Users\username\Documents\Adobe\Premiere Pro\14.0 to C:\Users\username\Documents\Adobe\Premiere Pro\15.0 to transfer all of your customizations from the previous version to the current version.
