Project Media Manager - is this ever, ever getting fixed, even remotely, to work as advertised?
We read all the forums and the threads here and everywhere else to help Media Manage footage out per network deliverables - without any errors. Has anyone been lucky enough to actually get to the end without an error? Not just today, but ever? Finally resorted to asking Adobe for help - and the answer is to upgrade to the newest version from last month - not that anything has changed in the Project Manager. But before we even attempt to help you, upgrade. Just completely unacceptable, as thousands of posts in the past X number of years make it clear that this feature is just plain useless. We are in 14.4, from in Sept 2020, not some ancient version from 1998. Has Prog Manager code been updated since then? The issue is Adobe just plain ignoring the fact that this feature DOES NOT WORK and doing nothing about it, but stringing its paying customers along.

I have problems with Media Manager too. Today I had to send a timeline with only 2 clips to VFX. Using Project Manager, the feature copied those two files... and ALL the proxies in the project.

Hello,
You said that it does not work : what is the problem exactly ? Do you have the "Unknown Error" message ? Are some files missing in the final folder after consolidation ? Are some features missing from what you want to do ?
Actually the Adobe devs are asking you to upgrade to be sure the issue has not been fixed since. If you can reproduce your bug with the latest version, then they are sure there is something to fix (and then they will need data to reproduce the bug ..).
If you are looking for a workaround, there is a paid PremierePro plugin called "PlumePack" which is a Project Manager and does almost the same thing than the Project Manager, but with more features and less unknown errors ! https://www.autokroma.com/PlumePack
