Include option to include time stamps when exporting Speech to Text to a text file
First of all THANK YOU SO MUCH devs for this feature. What you have done here is an absolute dream for me, and makes my life so much easier. I have thousands of hours of video that I can now happily transcode without having to type it by hand. Thank you so much!! I can finally begin this video project that I have been putting off for years.
My goal is to create searchable databases of the speech in my videos, so it would be really helpful for me if there were an option to include the timestamps in the text files. I just mean the 00:18:17:05 - 00:18:19:02 numbers that are to the left of the transcriptions in the Transcript panel.
Then I could search for words, and see exactly where to go in the video to find those words. That would make this complex project I have in mind possible.
Thank you again, I really appreciate your hard work, I love it so much!
Thank you again,

Hello, I am transribing audios in premiere pro but the timestamps do not match the format required for MAXQDA. So I lose a ton of hours editing the format to get a timestamp in this format #00:00:00:00# - is there any solution to that? I can't find no way to change the preset/format of how timestamps look (I only need it after a speaker, so this too I have to do manually, insert the end timestamp at the end of each speaker. HELP!

With Premiere Pro version 22.0 you are now able to export your transcript with timecode and speaker information.

This feature is incredible, yet not having timecode on text exports is like running a marathon and quitting shy of the finish line.

Amazing feature / timecode in export would be absolutely clutch and change entire workflows for the better.

This was an AMAZING addition to the software, but having having speaker names and timecode in the text file export is an essential for paper cuts on long-form interview driven projects!

Couldn’t agree more. It’s crucial to build a paper cut and to send to clients.
