Export Subtitles for Corrections
Export speech to text transcripts and subtitles so Print Publishers can edit the correct spelling, names and so on when Adobe Speech to Text doesn't translate correctly. Then allow the editor to re import the corrected transcript and create corrected sub titles and captions from corrected transcripts.

Thanks for sharing and voting on this idea. As you probably saw, you can export a transcript with timecode and speaker name to .csv and .txt files. So now let's talk about importing those files. I'd love more detail:
- What things do you typically need to correct? (ex: proper names, industry specific lingo)
- Are you the one making the corrections or is someone else making them?
--- If it's just you, is there anything we can do to improve the editing experience in Premiere?
--- If someone else is making the corrections, what file format do they prefer? (csv, txt or something else?)
- Is this just for making spelling corrections or are there other workflows where this would be helpful? -

Yes please! There are always enough small errors that hunting through is painful. If we could go out to a regular dox editor, we can say search/replace names and words SO much faster.

I am kicking the tires. Something seems flat. If I choose export transcript, it won't let me edit the save as box. And now 2 extensions are showing up and it wont let me delete or change the name.

Export Transcript or Captions to text file has been added to the text panel. Give it a spin and kick the tires.
