BUG: 708 Captions display incorrectly
x-post from message boards:
Current workflow for network delivery is export 1080/23.98 ProResHQ master from competitor's NLE, Rewrap and embed 608/708 CC using CineXtools. Files have been checked on various waveform monitors, Telestream Switch and Quicktime player. All show embedded CC correctly.
Network then imports captioned master file into Premiere Pro v14.7 for formatting. From this point, 708 captions are incorrect. They are at the top of screen rather than where originally placed, the text color is grey instead of white, many characters (particularly apostrophes) are incorrect, and entire blocks of captions are missing.
In Premiere Pro v13, both 608 and 708 captions playback correctly.
Looking for a workflow/workaround or software revision that corrects this in version 14.
I can provide a sample file to Adobe via DM if desired.

I cannot reproduce in 15.0 with your files. The captions are white, not grey at bottom centered, except for two that are bottom left. One caption at 00:01:39:07 "Is that Rick" and "So" are top centered. If I open them in Caption Maker/Mac Caption/Zeitanker those caption are at the top as well.
It would also help if you told us what captions were missing. Thanks.

@Jason S (Adobe): I emailed you some files.

Can you reproduce with the new captions workflow turned on? It's currently in open beta.

Hi, Mark. Sorry about the hassle. Unfortunately, that doesn't sound like a known issue so I don't have any concrete guidance. That said, if you send me a repro file (jschroed@adobe.com) I'd be happy to take a look to see what's going on and if there's a workaround. Thanks!
