Since 14.6 I can't do daily things like changing sequences size or name. Can't delete empty tracks. Can't lock or unlock several tracks at once. All really normal things, that simply force Premiere to freeze in 90%.

PLEASE bring out a reliable version - before concentrating on things daily editors simply don't use.
