If proxies do not work and you don’t have a solution how about discounting the subscription price ?
So lots of us use the correct process and still cannot use proxies. I don’t see any real answers from Adobe just more amazing improvements on lots of other things but without this very basic fix
What are we doing here if proxies don’t work ?
How bout charging us $25 a month until they work for us like everyone else ?
Proxies work great for most users.
Specifically, what problem are you encountering?

Thanks for asking. I’m running into the same problem other people here have run into where the proxy video is not found no matter how many times you connect on a right click option to reconnect.
Or the higher res footage is replaced by the proxy file and you can’t reconnect.
I’ve created a proxy both on import and by right clicking. Both methods will work for a while.
Last time after finishing a multicam timeline and working on the clips in the timeline I turned on the proxy for one of the cameras and the proxy was then replaced for that footage for the rest of the timeline yet the part of the timeline before that contained the higher res footage from the same camera.
Same timeline but cut up into different angles like a regular multicam show. First clips show high res, timeline breaks when I press the icon for the proxy and then every clip from that file for the rest of the timeline is only a proxy clip.
This person made a video that shows the exact problem I’ve also had and posted it here but I never saw a resolution, just a code number for the bug issue investigation.
What on earth are we missing here ? Any help would be appreciated.
