Please stop auto-creating folders in My Documents
A folder called "Adobe" is auto-created in My Documents (Windows 10) and a folder called "Premiere Pro" is created within that folder where my preferences appear to be saved. According to your tech support, there is no way to amend where these folders are created or to turn off the auto-saving of preferences. Both of those things seem quite unusual to me.
