BUG: cursor disappears when making changes to closed captions
This happens every 15 minutes or so. The cursor lasts longer when I reset preferences, but it's very frustrating. I have to restart the project every time.

I am able to reproduce this every time when I make a caption (in the caption clip in the timeline) shorter by dragging the end. When you release your left mouse button, press CTRL+Z (undo) very fast after that.
