MX Master 3 thumb wheel doesn't work only with "Timeline Playhead Navigation"
This is the only thumb wheel option that doesn't work. I've tried all the combinations of installing and reinstalling, changing things back and forth. All the tricks. There's something messed up with this one. So get with Logitech and find the issue. This was hands down the best use of the thumb wheel and not it's stopped working.

I had this problem too - I think I've fixed it (at least for the time being).
Close Premiere Pro.
Go to C:\Users\user\AppData\Local\Temp\cep_cache
Delete folders with LogiOptions - I had two folders: PHXS_22.3.0_LogiOptionsAdobe and PPRO_15.0.0_LogiOptionsAdobe. Deleted these both, started up Premiere Pro and Timeline Playhead Navigation came back.
