14.5.0 Premiere Update YouTube export bug??
In Premiere 14.5.0 Export Settings dialogue/Publish tab....for some reason any video I publish directly to YouTube is uploading twice. I don't see any reason this would be happening (no new click boxes or settings) and I can't figure out how to turn it off.
Any ideas??

I have the same issue with YouTube. I had to install version 14.4 again. This version still allows me to upload only once on YouTube. I also turned off auto-update for Premiere while I am using 14.4.

Occurs with Vimeo also. I discovered when publishing to both. Does not occur when queuing to AME. Does not occur in PR 2019.1.5.

Have you tried "queue"? I wonder if Media encoder will handle this more nicely. Also, this apparently allows to continue working in Premiere... let's try it!
