Sync entire days of multi-cam and audio on a timeline by timecode
I often work on documentary projects where we have 2+ timecode jammed cameras and audio running.
The cameras and audio often roll at different points and for different durations.
What would be useful is a function (with one click) to take all of those clips and layout them out on a timeline that represents the entire day, synced by timecode.
As it stands, I can't sync multiple clips by timecode, even if they share common timecode.
I want to be able to sync an entire day, with multiple cameras and audio files (laying each camera out onto a different video track) with one click.
I'm fine if that means there are gaps on the timeline when no-one was rolling and the timeline is then 10 or 12 hours long, so long as I can quickly sync a full, multi-cam day.
And please don't build this into the existing multicam sequence/merge clip workflows, both of which are garbage and cause huge problems if you need to export out an xml or aaf for the color grade, for example.

This can already be easily done with the multiclip.
