Project Manager - Retain Folder Structure
Please include the option to retain folder structure when managing a project via the Premiere Dialogue.
We go through great efforts to maintain an organized project, both within Premiere but also at the Windows Explorer level. It's incredibly frustrating that if we try to move a project, archive a project or just generally manage the project that Premiere takes all the files and dumps them in a messy pile in one folder.
We've stopped using it entirely, instead opting to copy assets manually and re-linking the project to the assets. It's a tedious process and doesn't allow for trimming or transcoding.

Now there is a FREE version of PlumePack plugin (equivalent of the Project Manager) that keeps the folder structure.
The FREE version only works for "Collect & Copy" but you can extend it to an equivalent of "Consolidate & Transcode" with the Premium version.

Project Manager should also archive nested sequences within a sequence.

Absolutely this. After Effects collect retains folder structure, as does an Indesign package, so I fail to see why the Premiere version doesn't. Also it is crazy that the way to collect a file is so different across every piece of Adobe software, but that's a complain for another day.

And make the progress bar actually representative of the progress instead of just showing 100% from the very beginning even when there's hours worth of media to copy.

And fix the bugs!
Maybe make it like InDesign, and put everything into a "links" folder.
