BUG: OBS Files are not working anymore (APP v14.3.2)
From Adobe Premiere Pro Version 14.3.2 (Build 42) on, MP4 x264 CBR Files created by OBS Software don't work anymore, which destroys my current workflow completely. The last working version is 14.3.1 (build 45).

@ Tom N:
Thank you for your answer! I just updated Premiere Pro to latest Version 14.4 again and created a fresh project and some fresh OBS files. I screen captured the process using OBS so you can see my situation yourself.
Since attaching the 50mb zip file to this comment didn't work (I assume there is an upload limit of 20mb, but it's not communicated and handled in any way), i uploaded my project here: http://www.humaldo.tv/uploads/2020-10-03_AdobeOBSBugreport.zipBtw, my current Settings are in German, I hope this is not a problem for you.
Info:
My last working Version was 14.1.0 from April 2020. Every newer Version up to latest 14.4 is broken for me.Here's my problem in exact Steps to reproduce:
Scenario 1:
1) Have Premiere Pro 14.4 installed
2) create a new project
3) Drag the provided .mp4 files (folder "_import") into the project
4) Observe: Import Dialog shows up, but progress is frozen at 0 %Scenario 2:
1) Have Premiere Pro 14.4 installed
2) Open an existing project that was recorded with Premiere 14.1.0 or earlier and which already has videofiles imported
3) observe: The Project got stuck at start up, not a single videfile gets imported (see attached screenshot)Please keep in mind that everything works as expected again as soon i downgrade Premiere Pro to 14.1.0 again.

If you could share a file that would be really helpful. So far I haven't been able to reproduce any issues with OBS files I have here. Could you also please elaborate on the exact issue. Are you not able to import the files or is this an issue with playback?

CBR is constant bitrate. VBR is variable bitrate.
I'm talking about the framerate :)Please share a file

@antoine No, all files I record using OBS are CBR.
