I would want to make and edit my own titles instead of using the ones already there

I have used Premiere Pro for 9+ years and a TON of my projects use Legacy Titles. I need to be able to save the layout of the Legacy Title pop-up window so I don't waste time re-sizing and choosing my panels every time I need to make an edit. It's currently unusable at pop-up.
Switching to the new Graphics panel will not help me because I have 9+ years worth of Legacy Titles. See attached image - this is what I get when I open the Legacy Title - I cannot make changes in the properties tab, for example, because it's too small and narrow - and there is no need for the tools and actions and styles to be so big.

Okay...when are you updating the Legacy Title so it actually works. Here are a few points:
1. It won't remember the size of the window when you change between titles. And between projects. Even though you've set the size of the individual "frames/windows" to what you want, and saved it as a preset. It is completely turned around everytime you open it.
2. When you dublicate or copy a title to make a new one, you want to keep the excact same settings from the last one. The kerning, leading etc. value. But it will delete it, the moment you start changing the text. So annoying!
3. If you are having to different fonts in to sentences, and you type in some words on the lower sentence on the first letter, it will use the font from the line above or behind. It doesn't make any sense. The "mark" from where the font should begin, seems to be a letter behind.
4. It lacks, and is probably the slowest feature in PP. I have a powerful Mac!
5. The preset designs, looks like something from Windows 98.
This has nothing to do with missing updates or something. It has been annoying for a looong time now. Come on - make a new Legacy Title Tool!

Legacy Title is a feature that is probably not going to get any new features. I would recommend that you switch to the Title tool and properties in the Essential Graphics panel in your titling workflow. This will prevent trauma if and when the product team removes the feature, which is probably inevitable.

Every time I want to create a new title in Premiere Pro, I have to go into the drop-down menus and manually select it. This would force me to hover the mouse over the "New" tab just to keep it open as I move over to the Legacy Title button.
While I don't find this to be too bad of a problem, I would just like to be able to have a nice keyboard shortcut that I can use to save me some time when creating titles.

There is a known issue with Premiere Pro 14.1 using legacy Titles and the GPU Renderer, which has already been fixed in 14.2 Beta (Beta builds are available in Creative Cloud > "Beta apps" if you wish to verify the fix)
In 14.1, possible workarounds include using Software Only Renderer (File menu > Project Settings > General > Video Rendering and Playback and set the Renderer to Mercury Playback Engine Software Only) or you can go back to 14.0.4 if you require GPU Renderer.

Using any legacy title movements (Either in the Effects panel or in the main Legacy editor) the system chugs hardcore. I moved from 2018 and had no such issues.

I've reopened a project where I had A LOT of text made in legacy titles and it's much bigger than what it used to be, moving it to the right! That messed up everything and I would now have to go back in and manually change everything. Is there is a way to fix this issue?

Hate this too. Every time I open the title editor, the windows are rearranged - and not in a good way. The default arrangement is the most unusable, obnoxious lay out.
FIX THIS ASAP. FIX THIS ASAP. FIX THIS ASAP. FIX THIS ASAP. -
I can reproduce the problem as described and I've seen some other existing Problem Reports for this.
As a workaround... Is there a reason you need to use Legacy Titler for this? If you use the Graphics tools in the Tools Panel and Essential Graphics Panel, it will live on the Timeline and keep the look you want. Also, you can apply Effects and/or Masks directly to the Graphic if you prefer.

I have a PNG image with a transparent background that fades into the image. When the PNG is imported into the timeline the png displays correctly ("PNG on timeline" attachment below).
When the same image is imported into the Legacy Title Designer the feathering is lost around the edge of the image and instead only the hard edge of the image is shown (See "PNG in Legacy Title" attached below)
