BUG* Lumetri curves adjustment causing blocky artifacts with Nvidia studio drivers
BUG REPORT* White blocky artifacts cover screen when using curves under lumetri panel (Premier and After Effects latest build. (14.3.0 & 17.1.1) This is when utilizing Mercury playback engine. Using 1080 ti and latest several Nividia studio and game ready drivers have caused this issue. Current studio driver I'm using is 451.48. Using an older game ready driver does not cause this issue. I have noticed most of lumetri will process the color fine, but the curves adjustment will not process correctly, resulting in the results you see below.

Hello everyone,
the update to the lastest nVidia drivers should have addressed all issues described in this thread.
If anyone still has any issues similar or related to using Lumetri Curves, please let us know.
Cheers,
Patrick

**Edit** I can confirm that rolling back my NVidia Drivers to 446.14 has fixed this issue. **
I am having the same problem. This bug started upon installing the latest version of Premiere (14.3) and the latest NVidia drivers (451.48) for my GTX 1070. I've demonstrated it here on a new project:
This is severe and currently I can't edit anything whether old or new projects, they all have the same issue. Like others, I have uninstalled and reinstalled everything mutliple times and tried different drivers.
Also confiming that the glitches are visible on previews and exported video.
My specs:
Windows 10 64bits - Up-to-date with Windows updates.
Nvidia Studio Driver - v. 451.48
Premiere Pro CC - v. 14.3.0 (Build 38) - English (international) -

I thought I a person is this kind of situation, after many attempts to finally found that if I use the software to render adjustment curve will not appear this kind of circumstance but render will slowly, I has carried on the system update and graphics driver update still couldn't solve the problem, even if I use software rendering adjustment curve shows normal switch back to the GPU rendering or unable to preview would happen

Same here (see attached pictures), I tested it on multiple files and projects, uninstalled and reinstalled the driver and Premiere Pro, but the problem persists. The glitches are also visible on rendered and exported files so it's pretty annoying. I also tried to roll-back to a previous Nvidia Studio driver version, but it seems we can't...
IMPORTANT : I've noticed that the bug appears when editing the Colors Wheels or the Vignette on Lumetri. Basic corrections works fine.
Here are my specs :
Windows 10 64bits - Up-to-date with Windows updates.
Nvidia Studio Driver - v. 451.48
Premiere Pro CC - v. 14.3.0 (Build 38) - English (international)
