BUG: Premiere Pro 14.2 freezes when attempting to export media
Whenever I attempt to export Media from the timeline in 14.2 (either by Menu or ctrl+M), Premiere Pro immediately freezes.
When rolling back to Premiere Pro 14.1, the timeline can be exported to media without issue.
The same freeze also occurs when attempting to render the media through Adobe Media Encoder 14.2, whereas AME freezes too.
Rendering through AME 14.1 works fine.
My Machine:
Windows 10 Pro 1909
Intel Core i7-8550U @ 1.80 GHz
32 GB RAM
Nvidia Geforce MX150, driver version 445.87

Try exporting with AfterCodecs Exporter for Adobe https://www.autokroma.com/AfterCodecs/

Hi,
I installed the beta Adobe Media Encoder and started it.
I then attempted to export video from Premier Pro and clicked "Export." But this launched the previous installation of AME (which froze) rather than trying to use the new version. How can I test the new version?
Thanks,

Hi Rafael,
We have identified the issue and have a possible fix in latest beta build. We request to try it out latest Beta build of Premiere Pro or Adobe Media Encoder. Beta will install separately from 14.2, so it should not affect 14.2.
You can access latest Beta build from Creative Cloud App > Beta Apps
Please let us know whether it works or not.

Hello Pruth,
sorry for the late reply - we had a holiday in Germany.
The source files are Adobe After Effects projects (AE version 17.1) containing several .ai, .tif and .png files that I animated in AE. I use Premiere Pro to cut the compositions together, add music from an .mp3 file and send it all to Media Encoder for rendering. No conventional video file is used in the workflow.
For export, I am attempting to use a custom H.264-based preset with 1920 x 1080 px dimensions and a framerate of 29,97. Audio is encoded to stereo AAC / 48000 Hz at a 320 KBit/s bitrate.
However, Premiere Pro 14.2 doesn't get that far and immediately freezes when trying to open the export settings window.
I hope that information helps in isolating the issue.

Hi Rafael, Can you please tell us about the type of media that you are exporting and also the encode preset that you are using for this export? If you can open the source media file in Mediainfo tool and post the screenshot of the properties in Mediainfo that would help also.
