speed ramping reversed clip (but the ramp works as if the clip is not reversed)
Speed ramping clips that have already been reversed should work as if the speed ramp is being applied to a normal speed clip. Having to nest the clip and extend the ends of it to allow this would just not be necessary if this was changed.
