Bug Report - Frame Export from Program Monitor: Broken
My idea is for you to fix the broken Frame Export functionality.
What's happening: I want to export a still of the timeline; I park the playhead and click the "Frame Export" button in the Program window. The dialogue box pops up, and lets me choose options for location/format/etc. I click 'OK', and the box closes. When I navigate to the folder the image was supposed to be exported to, it's empty -- Premiere ****** the bed and didn't do what it was supposed to have.
What I expect to happen: a still image to be created in the selected directory using the options I'd selected.
System details: Win10Pro, PPro 14.0.4, 48GB RAM, Ryzen 3800x, GTX 1080

I've tried .JPG and .PNG, both with and without "Import into project" selected; I've tried several different locations, including my desktop, my cache drive, and the project media drive, all of which have full read/write permission allowed for my user account. I'm able to save a copy of the project file to all locations, copy and paste various formats of files (.txt, .jpg, .mxf) to all locations. In addition, exporting a still from the Source Monitor works as-expected, in all available formats, both with and without "import into project" selected. Export from the Program Monitor window is the only thing that won't work properly.
