Fully support .avi and .mp4 video files. If they play in VideoLan, PP should be able to read them without transcoding them using Handbrake.

I have a sample .avi file, and the corresponding .mp4 file, converted using VideoLan, but I cannot upload them on this page. After I click "Post comment" the browser hangs (animation spinning). Fails with both Firefox and Edge.
