In general, the implementation of the Warp Stabilizer sucks. It's easy to create a situation where the effect becomes unrendered (for instance, taking it into a nest), causing all sorts of embarrassment when one exports a "final", only to have QC come back with this (pic attached).

WHY can't that effect be automatically rendered upon export? Is there some logic to being able to export a file with an unrendered effect which defaces the frames its appled to?

At the very least, get rid of the stupid blue bar and just export the original jittery frame - at least then I can point to the incompetent cinematographer...
