**BUG** Multicam editor hangs or is VERY sluggish when Multicam Source Sequence is also open in an inactive tab
When editing a long multicam target sequence, Premiere becomes unuseable with minute-long or unrecoverable hangs each time I press play or relocate the playhead. This occurs when the Multicam Source Sequence is open in another timeline tab (but not active). Closing the Source Sequence tab restores normal functionality and playback and editing become responsive again in the target sequence.
It's often necessary have the source sequence open in order to make changes to the underlying clips (eg audio mix since audio is not editable in the target sequence which is ridiculous, adjusting exposure/colour on individual cameras etc) I find myself switching between the source and target sequences constantly to fine tune as I go. This bug is making it impossible.
Simply having the source sequence open in an inactive tab brings Premiere to it's knees. My computer has adequate resources and is not being taxed at all.
The whole multicam workflow in Premiere is a clunky nightmare full of roadblocks and it needs a complete rethink and rewrite.
