Please fix the Saving Workspaces bug
I have been dealing with this bug for years now.
I move all of my panels to where I want them, right click on my personal workspace, click "Save Changes to this Workspace", quit Premiere, re open Premiere (doesn't matter new project or the same project), and all my panels are in different places again even though I am on my same personal workspace. Have tried making new workspaces, doesn't work. I just got a brand new Macbook Pro and installed Premiere for the first time, so its not some old preference file or something screwing it up. This also happens on every computer running Premiere at the post production house I work at. All running Mojave 10.14.6, Premiere 2020 (happened on '18 and '19 too)
We can’t reproduce the issue, in current versions.
If you can reproduce the problem in current builds of PPro, please contact Support and provide step-by-step instructions on how to reproduce it; we’d be happy to help.

I'm unable to replicate what I think you are describing here (I'm not 100% sure about the steps to reproduce). Keep in mind that workspaces are loosely tied to the project. Opening a Project can switch the workspace and panel positions, and when you open a new project, the new workspace will be shown. You will have to use the command "Reset to Saved Layout" to get to a saved layout if you have opened multiple projects.
We really would like to help but can't do much if we don't know what is happening in your specific case. What will be really helpful is to create a video showing the entire issue from the beginning and post it somewhere that I can view it (YouTube, Dropbox, Ect.) and I can determine if it is a bug or not.
