Glitches in exports? Another new issue. Whats going on? Example added.
Glitches in exports is wasting a lot of time, I have found the same issue on multiple systems. In premiere itself the video plays fine, in explorer the video plays fine but as soon as I export the video has glitches in. My software is up to date as well as my drivers. Running GTX 1080TI, I7 8700K 32Gb RAM. Windows. Rendering through software encoding solves the problem but now my renders takes 4 - 10 times longer, in terms a 45min episode normally exports 40 - 60 min. Software encoding the project exports 6 -12 hours. I don't have that time. The issue is not always there, but it is creeping up more regularly. I don't know what is going on with Adobe because this software is becoming so buggy that I am exporting XML just to export projects in FCP. Terrible. The software crashes a lot. 4 - 10 times daily. Just horrific. Look the software works fine for edits under 20 min, so adobe don't just test your software for small edits and assume it works fine. I attached a video clip. The jumps in frames happen a lot as well as frames that looks like they are merging. Look at the lady's hand round 1s - 2s. Please advise.

That looks like what would happen if a frame was unavailable for output at the time of render. If you have a project with media, and the output preset (.epr file) in use, please contact Support; we’d be happy to pursue the issue further.
