Add icon/menu point for removing effect
Currently there is no direct way to remove an effect. There is a huge time consuming process to discover on the internet, the user has to hit Backspace...
No other things work
- there is no delete icon on the effect row...
- there is no 'Delete effect' menu point...
- Hitting the [Del] key isn't working...
This case is a design flaw...

Hey there Szasz-Fabian,
You can select the effect, and hit "backspace", or "delete". Either work.
Make sure to use the delete key by the dedicated "insert", "home", "end", etc, keys, and NOT the one by the numerical keypad on the far right of the keyboard - that one will behave as a "0", and won't get anyone very far :-)
Also, in the context menu which you showed in your screenshot, "clear" is the equivalent of delete/remove, so you can click that, and you will remove your effect.
If you want to remove effects from several clips in your timeline, you can highlight them, and use Remove Attributes from the context menu.
Hopefully that helps :-)
