[BUG?] Premiere Pro does not playback audio since update to CC19
Since update to CC19 (currently on Version 13.1.4, Build 2), Premiere will not playback any audio anymore. Audiolevels show visually on screen while playing and/or scrubbing, but I hear nothing. I have triple checked the Audio Hardware settings (See Screenshot), I have tried with/without headphones plugged in, I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling premiere, nothing helped. Every other adobe program works perfectly fine.
I'm running on a 2014 15" Macbook Pro and OSX Mojave (See specs screenshot)
Any help / ideas?
This is happening to me daily. If I pop out of Premiere and play QT clip from the desktop with audio,t then go back to Premiere, the problem is solved...for about 3min. Extremely annoying.

I also had trouble with audio playback on an underpowered MacBook Pro like yours and I think the system requirements might be too high tor this hardware nowadays. If you can turn off the video track and just play audio and it plays OK, then you know. If you don't want to buy a new computer right now, invest in learning the proxy workflow and you'll be cool. Learn it, know it. love it.
