In premiere, I set my chapter markers for a project that will be on a DVD. I use the media encoder Mpeg2 DVD preset. It creates an Mpeg2 and a WAV for the audio. I then bring those both into Encore to make my dvd. I create a new timeline with the MPEG2 and it recognizes the chapters just fine. Then I drag the audio file down to link it in and most of the chapter markers are doubled. I zoom in to a marker and instead of just one there are two markers just a few frames apart. My workflow is to then go through and delete one of the doubled markers. For some reason not all of them will be doubled, but around 90% are. This is a pain on big projects with lots of markers. I've been expecting this to get fixed since it wasn't a problem in older versions. Thanks.
