I have been writing adobe about the same idea for years. The way you can adjust individual colors in Camera RAW is brilliant. Saturation, Luminosity, Hue, if we could have similar color controls in Premiere Pro, holy sh-t that would be so much more powerful and efficient than what we have now. It's obviously possible, we can choose specific colors to adjust with the eyedropper now. But this method would be unnecessary most of the time if we had Camera Raw color controls. ....and Clarity!

I like both Lumetri and Camera Raw. The latter is way too slow for PPro
