UI: Menus Glaringly White in Windows 10 Dark Mode
Please bring the Menu bar / Menu colors into the adobe app UI.
Windows 10 v1809 finally gives the option for a full dark mode, however the menus in Adobe apps don't follow this setting and continue to display a glaring white background like a truck blasting their high beams into your eyes at night.
I've noticed this problem in following apps: PR, AE, AI, PS. While the Brightness slider under the Appearance settings in these apps affects all the other UI colors, the menus remain bright.
If you're putting all that work into designing a dark look for the UI, why do you leave out the such a large and important element of it?
I'm only complaining about this problem now because of another Bug: Adobe apps are broken with High Contrast mode in Windows 10 v1809... they don't let you save and they freeze or crash when you try to import media or do anything that requires File Explorer. Since I can't use my custom dark High Contrast mode with PR, AE, etc anymore, I'm forced to use the built-in Windows 10 Dark Mode, but it has no affect over third party apps like High Contrast does.
I'm surprised this light/dark UI clash wasn't addressed years ago. Even before Windows dark mode was an option, Adobe UI's have been dark for years, so how could people live with that glaring white strip on top?

Yes - why hasn't this been addressed? Incredibly inappropriate for a dark production UI. Fix this please.

Please fix this, either through a setting in the applications' preferences or simply by having the title bar reflect the dark theme selected in Windows settings. We should be able to customize our workspace and this bright white title bar is a huge and persistent distraction.

I agree, also I think it will look cleaner if the menu is dark theme.
