bug: transmit monitor choice not sticking
Bug: Mercury Transmit Out will not "stick" to chosen monitor.
This also affects AfterEffects ... though it's behavior is somewhat different, as it will ONLY stick with BOTH my 2 and 3 monitors showing transmit!

Having the exact same problem. It worked before but was unstable, but now I'm unable to transmit previews exclusively to monitor 3. Monitor 2 OR 2 & 3 become selected. Please fix this!

Same issue. Can get it to work occasionally, but never know what makes it tik or not. Very inconsistent//Less consistent than the withdrawals from my account.
EDIT: I just had it work by setting it up, switching to a different app and back to Premiere. 3rd screen is lit!

Very same problem - setup is 3 monitors- I wish to have the third as transmit out but whatever I do it whether erases the chosen or chooses the second monitor for transmit (and performs a small picture in picture on that monitor).
Specs: cc2019.1.2, win10, titanX with an apple cinema on the dvi a LG on the displayport, and the Sony TV via HDMI (that would be the 3rd monitor to which I want to screen)

Premiere 13.1.2 has this problem as well with fullscreen playback as well -innumerable restarts may solve it but this is unacceptable. Never had this problem with PP 2017 v12.

I've got the same problem since the upgrade of Premiere (I'm on Apple).
In my configuration there is two DVI-screen for the software and a third in HDMI for monitoring.
Before the upgrade it was useful for me to able or disable the HDMI-screen for monitoring or to changing for another screen.
Now whatever the box I check the software did'nt make the changing and it's always the same screen showing the monitor.
