Please Enable Placeholders In Mogrts
A wonderful feature to have when it comes to Mogrts, Motion Graphics Templates, is the ability to add placeholders created in After Effects that can be replaced by images and videos in Premiere Pro, while maintaining all their animation properties including motion in 3D space. Right now we are limited to text and graphics, but no way to enjoy placeholders and dropping your own footage or images inside.

That's wonderful news Annika, you're making me very excited with that!!!! It will truly be a game changer for us and many others.

Thank you Christian and all the others who have voted and commented for this. I am a Quality Engineer on the Motion Graphics Team. We acknowledge that placeholders in mogrts is a highly requested feature by our users. And that is why it is very high in our priority, if not at the top.

I have desperately wanted this feature for years and years. Please make this your number one priority. Templating is broken without this.

Yes Please. Really at the moment MOGRTs can only change text. The images can only have their shape, position size etc changed, but not replaced as with text. Please add this, I miss how this "Drop Zone" feature worked in Motion with FCP 7.

Great idea! This has been missing for a very long time

I'm seconding this. Please don't just support image/video files only, please support audio file as well. This will be great for phoners where the video editors can simply choose an audio file and have animated waveforms generated by the mogrt.

I agree completely! This is a great idea. It even seems to me that if Adobe introduces such functionality, it will be a revolutionary decision, according to many factors. You can create many things, and then work with them in Premiere, without After Effects, you can transfer files created in After Effects, saving them in the .mogrt format, to a person who owns only Premiere Pro and does not use After Effects and can work freely with it, change media content, colors, position, etc. In the end, the MOGRT category on Adobe Stock will become much more popular, because MOGRT will become much more applicable and universal.
P.S. Given the new software updates of the DaVinci type, which led many Premiere Pro users to start seriously thinking about switching to this software, it seems to me that such a revolutionary solution for Adobe is necessary, and for us, Adobe users, this is very will help in our work.
Thank! I really hope that we will be heard.
