prem pro & nvidia driver updates audio thing.
prem pro hogging all the sound since update. opened prem pro to find adobe pop up with link to download New Compatible nvidia gforce driver. so followed link and installed new driver & restarted pc, opened prem pro and other apps, tried to listen to music whilst prem pro was open but no audio will play via any other other app whilst prem pro is open. it didn't use to be like this, is it a choice between this or crashing every 5 mins but, being able to listen to music? is it possible to do both, d'ya think.

Premier is the biggest mistake in our company's life that we chose this piece of s-h+i_t, all the time it freezes, buggy, no effective technical support, we waste our money, we lost our prestige in our customer's eyes! As soon as possible we change to another video editor!

ok, so in prem pro i changed the audio device from asio4all to audiobox itwo so i can have prem pro in me head phones and just take them off and other apps can still be using my speakers, i'll like turn them up when i take my head phones off, it's a hassle but i'l cope. it's all fine.

• Cannot play sound from another application when ASIO4ALL is active This by design. As close to the hardware as possible means that all the software mixing provided by Windows will be bypassed. Without any software mixing - and the associated latency and bit mangling - you are stuck with the hardware mixing capabilities of your audio device. Most of the time, there simply are no hardware mixing capabilities at all.
this was hanging around when i went to audio settings, and why am i getting notifications about ''ASIO4ALL v2 - Adobe Premier Pro 1024 Samples @44100Hz'' again and again and again.... what are you up to, Adobe. hmm
