This is huge. Since the last updated it's just not playing properly. Total pain **********

This seems to be related to the format profile. I don't have the issue with Media base profile but do with the JVT profile.

Same issue for me. When is the next update scheduled to deploy? Or can I roll back to the 2018 version?

Major stability issues with 13.1.0-13.1.2.
The current version of Adobe Premiere 13.1.0-13.1.2 becomes highly unstable and unusable when working with certain media (notably stock footage from Getty Images) when that footage is stored on our NAS.
If we copy that footage to our Mac's internal drive or to a locally connected external hard drive, the problem goes away.
If we work on Premiere projects with Sony and Red footage from our DP, graphics footage we generate ourselves in After Effects, and/or ProRes transcodes of the Getty stock footage that we make ourselves---that is, projects with *no* downloaded footage---then Premiere 13.1.2 is stable.
So there's something toxic to Premiere reading certain media files that are located on our NAS.

Video playback still does not work in 13.1.2. Audio is ok.
Please help, I can not terminate my project !---

Updated today. Same issue. MP4 files played fine in the previous version. Will be reverting (as always when I update. So many critical bugs. ALWAYS.)
In the previous version: Video frames would drop if I try to shuttle through footage, but the audio more or less would play the entire time.
Now: as soon as it hits a snag, it will try to go back and play the part where the dropped frames are and it ends up glitching out and is basically unwatchable.

Same here. So frustrating!

If you're talking about the program freezing and export being extremely slow: agree.
