Provide help, online or in-app, that works
Every time I try the Help option I get an "Unknown Error message" and, needless to say, no help...
Using version 13.0.2 (build 38)

I have been able to get PPro In-App Tutorials to work in the current 14.1.0 (Build 116) Magician. However, if I try the launch Help/Premiere Pro Help... (F1) or the Help/Premiere Pro On-Line Tutorials... I get the message "Unable to launch the default browser". The default browser in Windows 10 settings is Google Chrome Version 81.0.4044.122 (Official Build) (64-bit)
