Timecode Window effect error
System - Mac 16,1
Mac OS - 10.14.2
Premiere 13.0.2 (Build 38)
Timecode Window effect:
Format- SMPTE
Timecode Source- Media
Time display- 24
Working at 24fps (not 23.976) the "Timecode Window" effect displays incorrect timecode. This can be compensated for by adding a 1 frame offset at the start. And drifts 1 frame every 41:16 frames. Requiring one to offset the timecode window setting every 41:16 frames to keep the timecode window accurate.

This bug is still present in 13.1.1. Adding the timecode effect to a transparent video track and choosing "Generate" for SMPTE format timecode does not display the correct input timecode. This is happening regardless of frame rate, but in my example it is applying 24fps timecode to a 24fps timeline. There is also drift on the timecode which requires multiple tracks with their own offsets applied. Extremely frustrating when needing to burn-in timecode for turnovers.

This bug is still here in CC 2019 and has always been here for as far as I can remember. Tonight it certainly drove me crazy. Please do something !

This bug is still there on 13.1. Definitely related to GPU acceleration. Software only and GPU acelerated have a different result. Guys fix this ASAP! Unworkable.

A fix for this issue seems to be changing your GPU acceleration to "Mercury Playback Engine Software only"
