Add keyboard shortcut for Show/Hide Application Title
The keyboard shortcut to show or hide the application bar (Ctrl + ) seems to be hardcoded and cannot be modified in the Keyboard Shorcuts preferences menu.
It only works on a qwerty keyboard as well because \ is only accessible with modifier keys on others (azerty in my case).
Could you please add it to the Keyboard Preferences menu so we can enjoy this useful shortcut without having to use another keyboard?

Especially when using a laptop it gets painful because you're already very limited in terms of screen real estate. I'm using the QWERTZ layout for example and it doesn't work either. Can't believe they still haven't addressed this issue.

Please! I just want to customize it, actually. To make it faster by just pressing one key, because I have to press the shortcut every time I change from one workspace to another. Not sure if it's a bug in the computer from where I work, but I think it's not.
The PC there has 2 displays and the window on the 2nd display always resets to "windowed" mode instead of "fill the screen" mode, when I change workspaces.
