Problem with enabling a video card to a Premier Pro CC 2019
I have ALIENWARE 15 R4 with GTX 1070 from a few days, but I can't enable my Graphics card to work with Premiere Pro CC 2019. I installed CUDA drivers but I have troubles with them.
I check it in the task manager and see that when I'm in the Premiere Pro CC 2019, the laptop uses Intel HD Graphics card rather than GTX. The NVIDIA GTX is only used at 2-3 percent
PREMIERE gives me an option to use the Mercury Playback Engine GPU Acceleration (CUDA), but although the option enabled, the premier continues to use the Intel Graphics Card while the GTX continues to be used only 2-3 percent as I say.
Only the Intel Graphics Card is used at 100 percent and that's why all the work in the premiere is slow
I am very disappointed with you because this problem has been going on for over a year and many people are writing on the forums that this is Adobe's bug. But after all this time, you have not yet fixed it.
We have been clients of Adobe for a long time, but since I can not use all the power while editing, I will be forced to change the editing program.
My question is when will you fix this problem?
And why cards such as Quadro work without any problems with Première and Nvidia GTX 1070,1060,1050 ... can not be used by Première.
I saw that 1070 is not on the list of cards compatible, but I would still be very grateful if you give me any solution to the problem.
Please make sure that at least 1070 is in the list of compatible cards.
Your voice continues to go unheard, I am sorry to say. Adobe is aware but it doing nothing. They will begin to lose customers and maybe this will get their attention. i hope so. Good luck!
