BUG: Layers show as blank until above clip is disabled then enabled
I'm working on a video where I have multiple layers of video (no more than 4 at a single time). I've run into an issue (a handful of times on this project) where I am animating the top layer's position (via the 'transform' effect applied directly to the clip) and the layer underneath suddenly disappears and it's as if there is no clip below it. I then have to disable the top layer and once doing so, the bottom layer reappers. This issue has been present when I've been trying to make fine cuts to the 'under' layers.
I'm running PPCC2019 on my late 2013 iMac (10.13.6) with 3.5 GHz Intel Core i7 | 32 GB 1600 MHz DDR3 | NVIDIA GeForce GTX 775M 2048 MB
Ps. I've found myself greatly increasing my time spent here on the bug report/feature request forum with this latest release of Premiere Pro. I find that very unfortunate as I love Premiere and up until this release (2019) it's been extremely stable and reliable for me and my workflow. 2019 has slowed me down and made me less efficient and I hope the team can work out more bugs and get the program running smoother.
