Yes, please support Linux. This would be a huge milestone. Thanks...
after looking into both technical viability and current market needs, it’s unfortunately become obvious that we’re not going to be able to act on this request in the near future.
I wanted thank everyone for the considerate and passionate discussion on this thread. This has been a great example of a meaningful conversation over a controversial subject that I don’t take for granted.

With Chrome OS integrating with Linux to provide more functionality and companies like System 76, Pine, JIngLing, etc. coming along, it's clearly evident that Linux is going to be big in the consumer market in probably 6 to 7 years down the line. By underestimating the Linux community, Adobe is going to miss a great opportunity. Not to mention the growth on Chrome book market share in 2020 due to lockdown. Also, the trend of laptop + tab is going nowhere anytime in the near future..... Apple has implemented it flawlessly in the new iPad. But for the rest of the world, Windows is not a good option..... I personally think people would prefer a Linux laptop+tab with android app integration like Chrome OS or JingOS is doing. If I were Adobe I would have never taken such a stupid decision.
Nevermind.....If Adobe is not going to do anything, somebody will definitely come up with a good open source alternative which is better than Adobe (once they realize the demand). Probably I will only do it (in the open source world, I am not alone.....if it is difficult to make Adobe like software for Linux, then we also have thousands of very smart contributors.....we just need someone with a vision to start the project, and once that is done, there will be no place for Adobe).

I use many Adobe products and it's the only thing keeping me from switching to Linux, however if they don't start supporting Linux by the time that Windows 10 hits end of life and Microsoft tries to force Windows 11 on me, I will have to stop using Adobe programs, and find some alternatives.

With the new launch of the steam deck and more and more appearance of user friendly operating systems based on Linux porting the Creative Cloud over would be an even greater leap forward for the Linux community. I also believe this would be beneficial to Adobe in general. I know even with all this hype around Linux it may still seem like a gamble to invest resources to make a port for it. However when I talk to most people that use adobe products just as a hobby or for school work or even for youtube, they pirate it. Adobe products have become very easy to pirate now a days but making a push for Linux will get people to try it out and realize it's a brand new system and they won't know how to pirate it, making it more convenient to just pay for it.

For the love of God, please make a Linux version of Creative Cloud, i like the softwares, but is a pain in the a** pay for windows and pay for CC, you can use snap or flatpak and it will work in every Distro linux.

Develop Adobe Premier Pro for Linux based OS. There is not much role of OS in Adobe Premier Pro. Its all efforts by Adobe. Also, many people are using Linux based OS like Ubuntu etc. Suppose if I want to use Adobe Premier Pro in my PC.

honestly, I don't think this market research session was conducted successfully. I just saw something written that linked this article, I strongly believe that with proper exposure to the question of a linux suite, you can easily blow the 11,404 (11,405 with mine, haha) vote out of the water. I feel like the majority of the community has no idea this conversation happened.
I truly appreciate your guys willingness to look at this request!.

Put Photoshop on Linux! Ideally on Ubuntu, I have to run your Wine software and it's bad..and GIMP is a failure. You made an android or mac'os version and you will do it for Linux ...
